Self Catering in The Scottish Borders

The New Farmhouse offers comfortable, homely and well furnished self catering accommodation in a wonderful Scottish Borders setting equipped with everything you would except to find in a holiday cottage to ensure a memorable stay.

The accommodation comprises:

Kitchen/dining area

Fully equipped kitchen with double oven, hob and grill, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher and dining table seating 8 people. A high chair is also supplied.

Lounge

Large lounge with wood burning stove (for which there is an unlimited supply of wood), French windows opening out onto veranda, television with Freeview, DVD and hi-fi, selection of DVDs, books, games, Ordnance Survey maps and a good selection of information leaflets.

Bathroom

Bathroom with basin, toilet and bath.

Master Bedroom

King size bed, wardrobe, bed side tables, chest of drawers, full length mirror and hairdryer. En suite shower room with shower, toilet and sink.

Twin Bedroom

Two single beds with wardrobe, bed side tables and chest of drawers. En suite shower room with shower, toilet and sink.

Twin Bedroom

With wardrobe, dressing table and stool.

Double sofa bed

Located on the large upstairs landing complete with its own chest of drawers

Utility Room

Washer/drier, space for wet coats and boots.
A cot and high chair are available at no extra charge although we do ask that you bring your own bedding for the cot.
